not saying there weren't any but not in the Philly burbs at leat.
There have been a few decent ones opened in recent years - even if it’s just subsets of the menu.

I have done that. I found a couple of great dishes by doing that. Many times we go in and we either order our usuals or ask for a suggestion and that is usualy followed by "What you not eat?"

It’s as if having a discussion thread on mole sauces, then someone wants to talk about… Brazilian and Argentinian cuisines.

Hmm, mole...

My son-in-law is allergic to nuts so I used pepitas, sesame and sunflower seeds to make my last batch. There, is that good thread drift!:P
