If you know where you are going, you can ski the Main Range, even Upper Thredbo on Christmas Day.Once it starts to melt it really disappears in a hurry though

My significant other (in fact now my fiance)...
If you know where you are going, you can ski the Main Range, even Upper Thredbo on Christmas Day.
I know heaps of people who do it every year.Yes, the main lift runs every day of the year (ignoring maintenance days) so the main range is accessible for post-season back country skiing while there's still snow on the ground. Patch skiing in December isn't unusual.
"Apparently some guy named Keith who had previously knocked out Thredbo’s GM with a snowboard is disputing his ban from the Australian ski area in court– all the while wearing a colander atop his head."
Because the guy is messed up. He needs real help.Nobody is quite sure why the guy wants to show his face in the village again after something like that.
