And if the profile is - like it says in the catalog - 121-76-103, it *sounds* like that's good for a beginner?
I think it sounds great, but I ski over in the PNW - I can't find many skis to demo under that size anyway. I learned on a 78 waist FWIW. People more used to skiing on the East Coast may have different opinions.

How's the price? And how athletic is she? I can't quite figure out who that ski is meant for. I could find that it is wood core, but one place put it as intermediate to advanced, another as beginner. If the price is low enough, maybe worth a shot, but little chance of resale if it doesn't work since the bindings likely won't be indemnified for much longer since the skis are a 10 year old model. Are you hoping to get out more this year, or starting to plan for next year?

Editing to add that the issuu catalog from Fischer has it marked as level 5-8 fwiw
