Doesn’t the Governor ski at Taos??

Didn’t realize Flint, MI and Taos had a lot in common.
Former Gov. Johnson has a home at the base. The current one doesn't ski much.

They don’t, Flints water is filthy, Taos is good mountain water just the plumbing is way old and probably over extended with what most locals view as an over expansion of the area.

It’s been reported that prior to the total loss of pressure, they were losing upwards of 2/3 into the ground. Once everything thaws I wonder if there will be any sinkholes. It’s not good in any event.

Like I have often said before. NM is as close to a third world country as one can get without leaving the good old US of A.
Thats a big part of its charm isnt it? Lol

Until you have to go down to the creek to fetch water to flush the toilets.
Been there done that. Puerto Rico during hurricanes in 1989 and 1998. Sucked. Big time. No power. No Water for months. Stuck on mosquito infested tropical heat. Power still goes out once a month every month after Hurrrican Maria in 2017. I was already living in Colorado during that one though.

Almost everyone on the island have generators and water cisterns now. Could not count on the governent. Sad.

Any chance they will extend the season to make up for the lost days?
