I am not really shopping. But I came across this today and was intrigued enough to read a little about this weird ski:

File_00021.jpeg

It only comes in 180cm. Supposedly, due to its unique design, that's good for everybody. Some reviews seem to confirm it. Anybody ever been on these?

More tidbits: Camber and 19m turn radius.

Pretty light weight but ski substantial.

Camber on a 125mm wide ski

19m radius on 125mm wide ski

One length and its 180cm

Mount point is like an SL ski

Oh, and, uh, those tails!

Don't get me wrong, the reviews are pretty positive . . . Being "bizarre" isn't always bad. That's what my mother always told me . . .

For some reason I am thinking @Doug Briggs has a pair of ZAIs (not this funky model).

Nothing new about swallow tails just have always ended up being pretty niche on powder models of both skis and snowboards. Would like to know if there are any objective benefits over pintail tapering which serms to be the alternative.

Those fish tails (hence the name of the Line ski) is more common in snowboards. Never tried it though.

When I was demoing in Stubai last winter, the Line rep told me they're fun, but not too strong. Two of his pairs are missing a tail after the weekend... People tried landing them after a little dropp and snapped them off, apparently
