Park City, UT – March 28, 2024 – Woodward Park City (WWPC), in partnership with the 43 Institute (43i), details the inaugural 4/3 Day Annual Block Party & Fundraiser schedule and event highlights in advance of the event, taking place on April 3, 2024. This event is dedicated to commemorating the legacy of Ken Block, a renowned figure in action sports and motorsports, and supporting the mission of 43i to create paths of opportunity for the exceptionally driven who lack the proper support system for growth and success by providing mentorship pathways, creating access, skills development and improving mental and physical health.
Top names in action and motorsports include celebrated former professional snowboarder and long-time commentator Todd Richards, accomplished former professional snowboarder and snowboarding filmmaker and editor Eddie Wall, action sports professional with careers in skateboarding, mixed martial arts, truck racing and media host Jason Ellis, distinguished television host, sports commentator, actor, and musician, is best known for his extensive work with ESPN's X Games and Winter X Games, Selema Masekela, and motorsports legend, stunt performer and Nitro Circus founder Travis Pastrana will be in attendance.
The mission of 43i will be celebrated with an impressive inaugural grant presentation. Recipients and beneficiaries include:
- The SMM Mentorship Pathway Grant will allow 12 athletes and their parents to attend online courses, giving the recipients more time to dedicate to their passions.
- $25,000 to Stoked will create access for inner-city youth attending action sports camps and fund educational programs.
- 43 helmets donated to Park City's Youth Sports Alliance's (YSA) Project Brain Bucket will support their 'wheels' after-school programs.
- 43 camp weeks at Woodward's Pennsylvania location.
- Skills Development for youth in rural and native communities through skateboarding and art programs managed by Montana Pool Service, which is a non-profit organization that builds skateboard parks in rural and native communities and is founded by Montana native Jeff Ament of Pearl Jam.
4/3 Day celebrates Ken Block's life, featuring a KB Mountain Lab snowboard jam, networking opportunities, music performance, interactive exhibits, and exclusive fundraising activities. The event honors Block's achievements in skateboarding, snowboarding, motocross, and motorsports and celebrates his entrepreneurial spirit.
The evening fundraiser includes a buffet dinner, live and silent auctions and special moments.

Woodward Park City lift access, Mountain Lab and event participation are open to the public from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. A $43 lift ticket or Woodward Park City membership is required. Food trucks and a DJ Matty Mo round out the day’s festivities.
Tickets for the evening fundraiser, while limited, remain available. General admission access is $143. VIP access is $243. All event access includes access to the event, a buffet dinner, music, entertainment and networking.
