I just got back from the Remembrance Day Ceremony in my neighbourhood. Heres to all the veterans who fought for us.

There was a nice piece on FB about why you want the Canadian's on your side. Even included the Highway of Heros. That's the one that really tugs on my heart. For those that don't know, all members of the Forces that die in combat are return to Canada through the base just west of me. They then travel to Toronto on the 401. It's been renamed the Highway of Heros. When one of these motorcades goes through, the bridges that cross the highway are filled with people. It's a 2 hour trip, so lots of bridges. One great way to honour them.

Lest we forget.
