For a company who paid an artist the princely sum of $40 to create their logo (the Swish). this seems kink of fitting.

Not really relevant but meanwhile the egg producers (not the chickens themselves) get a slap on the wrist while consumers get .. hey we get free eggs from our neighbor.

The case is Kraft Foods Global Inc v. United Egg Producers Inc, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, No. 11-cv-8808.

A powerful lesson to never take an easy approach when developing a logo, without sufficient research to understand the future risks of tangling with a mega-company's trademark.
