I lost my Max Pass.

I had my pass attached to my ski pants but it fell off while skiing Copper Guest Services gave me their email address but they do not have the Max Pass phone number or street address.

I have emailed Max Pass but have yet to receive a reply.

Does anyone know the address of the Max Pass office in Denver or their phone number?

Their website with the info email address says allow 24-48 hours for a reply.

Not exactly service. It is ridiculous that the participating resorts don't have a way to handle lost or stolen passes.

It seems odd that the resorts involved don't have the street address or phone # of Max Pass, but Copper Guest Services said that I am in their computer system and can get a lift ticket each day just by going to Guest Services with my Id. They also said that this should work for me at the other Max Pass resorts as I should be in their computer as well.

This pass was never on my radar, so I'm a little lost as to why it will be missed and what it included, as well as why did it go away.

2 years ago I skied Brighton, Copper, Winter Park and Steamboat for the first time on Max Pass as well as Big Sky and Bachelor. Last year they added Kicking Horse and Fernie.

It looks like Ikon will cover all of the above (and more) except Brighton, Bachelor, KH, and Fernie, but for more $.
