...are simultaneously posting on pugski and epicski? How many are simultaneously posting on pugski and epicski at work?

Guilty as charged with both questions.

As for the "posting at work" question - I'm running a lot of stuff these days that takes 20, 30 minutes to finish. Not much to do during the downtime!

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

You're not the only one I saw... But I won't tell.

I have a few posts still on epic. But things have changed.

I avoid reading/posting from work. Much prefer here now.

I was amused by the simultaneity. I wasn't looking for a plebiscite.

I have only rarely posted on Epic unless I was tagged in a post.

Ok, too soon for humor, I guess. Sorry.

Maybe I should ask. Have been on epic for 10yrs and always liked but have noticed in the past couple of years people were disappearing. Often wondered why as there were some very good skiers leaving the site. Never really paid attention to who was running etc., obviously notice when Joan left (Nolo) and now I found out Vail owns epic - is that true and why - then saw TC and Phil leave and began to wonder "what the hell is going on". My wife says I am oblivious to this kind of thing and sometimes am just going thru life humming along (she is usually right) If some one can enlighten me please do or if it is taboo to do so thats ok too. I am liking it here but sort of don't want to leave somewhere I've been for 10yrs so think I will go wax my skis.

I post to both..I don't really have the in-depth attachment to either site that some have. And I need a diversion when the kid is up at 3am and ready to party! :(

Guilty. Not ready to leave epicski... I learned a *lot* from the people there and still think there's a lot of good people and information. But I've valued Phil and Tricia's contributions enough to come along and see what's happening here too. I have room in my web browsing schedule for yet another site. :)

I post on Epic infrequently now. I think this is a tighter community and there's no baggage about all the people who were either bought out or run off.

I'm sure you can all imagine that I spend most of my time here. I try to get to SkiDiva.com on a regular basis, and still try to check in on Epic from time to time, but my heart and soul is here.

I'm finding I don't have nearly enough time for either, yet still try to visit both.

Depending on the day I have little opportunity at work to post; I may follow a few threads but usually have little in the way of thoughtful or insightful contributions, and those are the kind I prefer to make.

Sometimes I have to settle for a pithy smart-ass attempt at clever humor.
