Has anyone else broken a brake spring on a dynafit?? :nono: I know, I know, I can save weight by ditching the brakes...

We had to work the broken ends that are closer to the heel out of the way so that I could turn the heel piece/transition without ruining the plastic, and then every time I transitioned, I had to remind myself to pretend I was a telemarker and not let the ski sit around bases down without its skin. Kind of annoying.

Luckily Dynafit has about the best warranty in the game. Pretty easy to work with too.

Telemark brakes aren't particularly good
