Who is watching Fort William this weekend? Anybody care to make a prediction?

Here's some fun video shot by an injured rider.

8AM Eastern tomorrow.

Rachel won qualifying by 13 seconds! 29ers swept men's qualifying.

I'll watch it when I get home tonight on Red Bull....I'm thinking that it'll be Mr. Hart unless they let Loic Bruni compete on his 29er...then it'll be Loic Bruni (unless he crashes out of course, which is a 50/50 proposition. When he stays upright, he's so damn fast).

Heck of a race, heck of a finish. Let the 29" arms race begin (or continue, I suppose, it began at Lourdes).

It's a great race course, but what the hell was up with their cameras?? They barely had 10% of the footage for 90% of the riders!

Yeah, took a few hours to get the 'he's able to move his limbs' yesterday.... it's kind of amazing there aren't more serious injuries and deaths.

Leogang is a lot like the Masters in golf, it's not the hardest course, but it showcases the best at their best and is usually won by the best riders.

That second time Hart almost ate it was nearly the prelude to a career ending disaster...what a run! F-ing Troy Brosnan with the run of the year, though!

Val Nord is the best track, its long, demanding and steep.

Not for nothing, for the second race in a row, 27.5 reigned supreme. I know, it's the rider not the ride, still, it's been the story line of the season. And the pedally course at Cairns might favor the wagon wheelers. Great season

I dunno about reigned supreme, there were only like 4 29ers present and two were in the top five, one had a flat and the other had a gnarly crash. I'm glad Pompn went back to 27.5, the 29er did not look right for her. Would've been great if Laurie Greenland could have run his 26" though!

Lenzerheide coming up this Saturday. Here's Rachel's winning run from last year.
Anyone want to make a prediction? I'm calling Minnaar and Seagrave.

Bruni....I was impressed with his comeback calm and smooth controlled run that was only .03 seconds off of Hart's frantic balls to the wall run at Vallnord. As always, IF he stays upright he should finish top 3, with a shot to win. Minaar has been amazing this season. Big wheels have put some wind beneath his wings.

Aw man, someone get Aaron Gwin a Huck Norris and some Orange Seal!

Actually, that was his Huck Norris flopping around behind his bike.

What a sick race, huh? I was super impressed by Gee finishing 30th after dislocating his hip. What an iron man.
