Tip flip: fixable?

I predict if you run into another wall fast enough to seriously damage the tip, that will be the least of your problems.

Pretty much zero chance that the ski distributor will offer a warranty on a ski that was skied into a rock wall but it is possible they might sell a single ski at wholesale if they have extra skis in stock.

You would think.......but about a month ago here at a shop in NEPA, a woman brought in her new recently purchased Blizzard Black Pearls to show us somewhat the same type of damage but worse. She claimed she didn't know how it happened, but of course we all knew it was from her skiing into a rock during our one powder day at Montage last month.

We said we would at least attempt to warranty it through Blizzard just to try.........well.....Blizzard took it back under warranty. She got her new ski this past weekend.

So......there is always a chance.
