Quintessential character actor Harry Dean Stanton has passed at 91. I loved this guy in Repo Man, and Paris ,Texas. Always that craggy , shambling guy. It was no wonder that Roger Ebert said '"Any movie that has Harry Dean Stanton in it can't be all bad"

I was watching an old tv show with my wife recently. I think it was Bonanza or Laramie. HDS was in it and that started my wife and I talking about the HDS rule. Anything he's in is always good to very good viewing.
