Hello members,

This Sunday night, around 11pm CST another change will be happening with the forum software. During this time the system may be in maintenance mode for a little while, which will not allow people to post. When the upgrade is done, I'll post back here. These changes will bring a cohesive look to the article and forum software.

Phil and Tricia have been working hard on this vision and I'm sure you all will like it.

Thank you for your support and patience during this upgrade.

Well. This is a little different. But not so different, for those of us adverse to change.

Names and other red fonts will be changed to either black or dk blue

Oh god, please. It feels like I'm being yelled at.

I vote dark blue.

I like the use of color to make the info stand out. But yeah, full-on red is a bit strident.
Here are a few to choose from....

Maybe "dark sky blue"?

Home Page looks good, I never go there as I have "New Posts" bookmarked :)

I like the color contrast

I think I am gonna surf (or is it called sliding?) the new posts

This is how I've always accessed the site. I would prefer that the "New Posts" I have read remain, in place, on the list for the duration of the login. Is the "Top" button on mobile new?

Cool, I was just about to complain about that ... :)

Red is gone. Looks much better. Colors are nailed. Thanks @Dwight and @ForumCube.

The RED likes were good, it highlighted them. OK maybe red was too much of a contrast, but a larger contrast is good

This is always a concern when there is a major change. This reassurance is very helpful and lets us know that we are doing the right thing.
