time for another helmet thread??!!!

Heal quick, dont rush back too soon. There is a reason we insist athletes are cleared by a doctor before they come back after a concussion....and what we have seen is that it usually takes quite a bit longer than initially predicted..

Agreed, if I tried to return too soon after bashing my head I'd probably head out for the last run at Appalachian and wake up in San Francisco 5 days later...

I guess that is one advantage of booting up at the car. Even if you're not using some kind of boot cover traction device, you're probably already wearing your helmet if you do slip and fall..

Chez Henri, huh? I'll take a look.

Happy to say that one week later I feel more like myself. I think I'll probably skip this coming weekend but after that I'm hoping to make up for lost time.

I'm glad you are feeling better.

Next time, Chez Henri. What a trip THAT place is.

I've always been intrigued by that place, but I've never actually been inside.

Hope you heal well. Parking lots and safety bars are two reasons to wear a helmet.
