So I was patient all season long and lo the end of season sales hit and I just pulled the trigger on the Spot Mayhem frame in a large Red. Now to spend the winter picking up parts for the bike. Hmmm

27.5+ or 29?

I'm initially thinking 29 with 2.4 out back and a 2.5 or 2.6 up front.

Pike or Fox?......130 or 140?

So many decisions....

That bike has been on my interest radar for quite awhile, so it will be good to hear how it works out.

Personal preference, but with all the new 2.6 tires available and coming soon in 29, 27.5 is rendered superfluous.

Just lace up some 30 mm i.w. rims and choose tires between 2.2 and 2.6, as suits the riding and mood!

I personally would do the 27.5. I actually ride a 29 but that's more to do with the type of riding I do as opposed to shortcomings of the 27.5 If you do fairly technical stuff, 27.5 is preferable to me.
