I wish I still had my Hotfingers, blue with white. Got them one Christmas and they were stolen off a lodge table holding my spot while I was in line on a VERY COLD Dec 26th. I parked a chair out front of the lodge and waited until I saw another kid some in wearing the exact same style. I asked if I could see them, when he refused I started to escalate, fight was breaking out when the lodge manager intervened. I told him that I had put cotton balls in the fingers of the gloves and that they were stolen from me if they have cotton in them. Manager takes a glove and digs out a cotton ball and they were returned to me with the kid and his friends getting kicked out for the day. Not sure when I lost them again after that point, probably several years later.

I had blue gators. The jeans were key. In college we raced in jeans!:roflmao:I did have some CB zip-off warmups for heavy snow or rain.

I had a vest and white stag sweater that matched this hat. They were probably kids medium though.

Some Club A circa 1986.

Barry did stop by the Pugski Beach spot at the Basin this year and demoed some skis. Since he won't toot his own horn, I will. Well, I am not completely positive of all the particulars but Barry was instramental in getting the music for Greg Stump's movies and also worked with Club-A...amongst other things. Not bad for a nice Jewish boy from the NY suburbs.

Don't exactly remember when I bought this. Looking at the pink lettering, must be mid 80's.
Gifted to a Taos ski buddy last year. He earned it.
He was decimated by the terrain at Vail :nono: when he visited me there a few season back. Hence the gift. :D

Me @ Mammoth, March 1988. Mother Karen's pullover, Head something skis, Salomon 627 (?) bindings, Raichle boots, O'Neill pants, and Rudy Project shades. The green strapless Scott poles were stolen from me a few years later and all the other stuff is long gone.

This could belong in the Volkl thread also with the prominent Volkl zebra strip bottom on the ski.

Location: Chamonix 1983.
Fashion style: I believes leaning more towards Euro Chic rather than Euro Trash. :D

The photo could also go on the Tyrolia thread because the bindings look like the Tyrolia 290D BTW that is the same bindings my wife used in 1983 when we went to Austria.
