Last week I skied Whistler-Blackcomb with my daughter and son-in-law. We usually get together in Colorado, where they live, or Utah but this year decided on WB. It's been on my bucket list for a long time but I never pulled the trigger because of the unpredictable/inconsistent weather and conditions. So with fingers crossed, the plans were put in place in December. Things were not looking good as recently as 2-3 weeks ago so we began discussing alternative plans. But as luck would have it the weather forecast called for significant snow leading up to our trip. In the end we got lucky. We had a great week of skiing with mostly sunny skies Monday thru Thursday and more snow on Friday. The temps on the mountain were around 15-20 degrees so the snow conditions were great all week.
