I'm familiar with some usage of Jalapeño in cocktails, but what other peppers are used in such drinks and how do you implement them?
Part of the reason I ask this is because I have a feeling that we're going to have a bumper crop of Habaneros.

Consider using the habañeros in sauces and salsas. They are generally too potent for drinks, IMO. Try 'em out beforehand in any event.

I generally chop them up (with gloves) and freeze them for recipes throughout the year.
I've also dried them to grind up and sprinkle in recipes.
This year, however, it seems that the heat is generating a bumper crop so I'm looking to expand my uses.

Just a few things I use the finely chopped habaneros in -
Fried potatoes
Chili
Pico deGallo
Sloppy Joes

You could try infusing tequila, or vodka.
