I don't think Marble Mountain really counts; White Hills maybe.

NS has Ski Cape Smokey:

Unfortunately, Smokey is usually only open a few days a year lately, but the view is fantastic. Ski Ben Eoin has a nice view of Lake Bras D'or, and, while a bit more distant from the water, on clear days Martock has a view of the Bay of Fundy and Wentworth of the Northumberland Strait.

If you look very (very) carefully, you can see Northumberland Strait from the chair lift at Wentworth int this photo.

Looking out over the Mississippi Ocean from Chestnut.
^^While not the ocean, skiing into the Mississippi is pretty cool. Any other place near the river?

You've got Mt Etna in Sicily for a view of the Mediterranen.

I once had a professor from Naples who claimed that when he was a boy in the 1950s, he and some friends skied on Vesuvius after a big snowfall, but he did not produce any evidence.

In the Sila Massif of Calabria and Basilicata, you can ski and see the water, the Lago Arvo. And, you can use some pretty funky old-school lift equipment (last safety inspected sometime in the 1980s).

Just looked a the Lorica Ski website: seems like they have put in some pretty substantial upgrades since I was last there, including a nice new gondola and high speed quad chair. I am not sure if you can still see the lake from this new equipment, but you can from the top of the mountain.
