Posted all my ski wardrobe overkill in a different thread, but @Jaques and anygasman's fart bag collections put us all to shame..

    Always bet on black

Oh and my non-black ski pants are all dirt colored.

I have a pair of Volcom Maroon pants I wore all last season. They are on the thinner side so had to wear long johns on colder days which is fine. The only pics I have are when I'm wearing them.

Now on colder days I have these!!!! I'll be easy to spot and might even glow in the dark if I went night skiing. I won't be needing long johns with these pants.

When you buy your pants at the Labor Day sales, all they have is black.

Free skiing: Red pants for cold, green for the rest. Grey for rain.

Work: yellow to sup or mng, all previous years, black.

The teley years: blue or black.

Never had black pants as a youth.

I bought a pair of black pants last year for the first time in probably 15 years. Softshell OR. They might be my favorites.

"I resemble that", says the guy in black pants with and the electric green and black coat.

Lots SS used to require Navy or Black, personally preffered a stripe to show flex to a student.

My Carhartt pants are black as part of a (former) uniform requirement. I now how red (which faded badly) and blue! I almost forgot my sweet silver Killy's as well as the two bags. They are pants of a sort.

Anyone shooting instructional or give-me-advice video should try not to wear black pants. It makes it hard to tell one leg from the other and see what they are doing.

I'm way too big now for the orange outfit I used to wear, but today I'd probably go with something less flamboyant, like a medium blue, if I could find it on sale for a price I could deal with.

I thought long and hard about the last time I owned black pants. Pretty sure it was 11 years ago...11 very colorful years ago...

Green pants (bought the jacket...pants were free, so why not have an outfit that makes you look like a pickle):
