They are a mighty fine drink. I make mine with Barret's Ginger Beer, Gosling's Rum and a lime-ginger simple syrup.

Got home tonight from work and what do you know..... There just happemed to be some ginger beer and a lime in the fridge and goslings in the liquor cabinet so i HAD to make it happen.

I love Dark and Stormys. I used to sail quite a bit and they were definitely the popular drink at after race parties etc.

Goslings is a big sponsor at regattas (though nowhere near as big as Mount Gay) They always pour Dark & Stormys for attitude adjustment after racing, . Yumm. Nothing like rehydrating with alcohol after a long day in the hot sun!!:doh:
