I ski the most of the time at Manning Park resort where I patrol with the CSP. It is a 2 1/2 hours out of Vancouver BC. Its a good location having the cold interior temps and a fair amount of snow. Also there are four other local mountains close to town. Grouse, Cypress and Seymour as well as Hemlock up the valley.I like the mountain culture at Manning as its kinda of old school little bit like Baker in Washington state. And quite RV friendly, love parking the camper a 100 yds from the lift. Just got back from a 4 day trip drifting and flyfishing a couple of rivers in the West Kootneys.
