Pretty good article arguing for doing things that make a difference. Like safe roads. Not compulsory helmets or high vis clothing.

Boardman's response is top notch, and I only knew of Walker's first two studies.

At least someone is saying it - cycling is a benign activity with danger imposed by motor vehicle operators.
