Hocus Pocus by Focus has very nice timing for the bumps
but most would be happy it stays in my head.

If you can find a copy of Jan Akkerman's "The Noise of Art", check out Bonnaville, Akerman's Sombrero, and Quiet Storm (great for the end of the day)... (Can't find Sombrero on YouTube... :-()

Don't know if I've posted this one before, regardless I always have a great time with this stuck in my head... A friend of mine claims Brazilian Portuguese is the best language for singing jazz and I think I have to agree...

I believe @SkiNurse posted this on the Funnies thread. Thank you for that, BTW.

Great video that @MountainMonster passed along. I had never heard of Marquese Scott until now. Whether or not the music inspires your skiing, the dancing absolutely will. Imagine yourself doing his dances, or try doing some of the moves yourself! The sensations from skiing are there. Balance, core strength, fore-aft control, upper-lower body independence, angulation, inclination, outside ski, inside ski, footwork, all of it. I think I have now viewed all his videos. One that stands out for me is Air Chair

The angle of his feet when he sits down make all the difference. I know; I tried it. But, the strength, balance, and control to lower, then raise himself the way he does... Impressive.

Absolutely. The music really gets the hips swaying (I was going to just say moving). Somehow the music elicits patience.

Ok, since I'm on the wrong side of the Great Firewall to access YouTube and can't listen to any of the music videos, I read this instead. Commendable work. The skeptical side of me, though, reminds me of all the Baby Mozart videos we had our first child watch and listen to. But, it would sure be nice if my insurance company would pickup the bill for playlists!

Edit: Bach corrected to Mozart. I obviously like Bach better

LOL. Now, in live full color action,

BTW, for anyone interested, we have a week 6 timeshare at Trapp Family Lodge, in Stowe, available for rent. We never use it anymore. That's sometimes President's Week, sometimes not.

Oh boy where to begin? Seeing this post just today all I can think about is the Allman Brothers "Blue Sky". Buy I bet you want me to say any of the Ztt stuff from the 80's!

This song makes me very happy. I think I could ski to this one as well. Maybe more short-turn oriented, but whatthehell that's what SL boards are for.

This, of course, begs the important question: Who's with me? :yahoo:

Loud scraping edges with random sounds of panic. (performed, written, produced and engineered by jgiddyup)

Second favorite is probably this.
