The boot looks like the Nordica Alpina model, which was the entry level adult boot at the time (Early 1970's)

New Nordica Polaris rescue. Most of the vinyl around the cuffs melted but a little effort and they cleaned up pretty good. The cuffs were dented in so I have plastic containers inside to push them out. Hopefully one day they may regain their memory.

skied the Nordica "Olympic" boot for a couple of years in 72-74, a 1 piece red 5 buckle boot in the same time as the 'banana boot' it was a beast probably a 130 flex, kept having to drill the shells to stop the tears in them but oh the support. Been looking for pictures but no love, there were probably like 10 of us in North America that skied those things, but a great boot in the day. Just very tough competition at the time.

Skied those puppies in the red version for 2 seasons. Loved the fit and performance, but kept cracking the shell where the cuff hinge would have been. They kept giving me new ones so what the heck.
